Ingredients: Cauliflower 1, flour 2 tbsp, cornflower 2 tbsp, chili powder 1 tsp, ginger 1 tsp, chili sauce 2 tbsp, tomato ketchup 2 tbsp, coriander leaves 1 tsp (optional), sesame seeds 1 teaspoon, roasted dry chili powder 1 teaspoon, salt to taste, oil to taste, chopped onion leaves 1 tablespoon.
Method: Boil the cauliflower and cut it into pieces. Mix flour, cornflour, salt, chili powder, ginger with a little water. Dip the cauliflowers in it and fry them in hot oil. Then mix dry chili powder, chili sauce, tomato ketchup in the pan. Mix it well with fried cauliflowers. Spread sesame seeds, onion leaves, coriander leaves. Take down and serve.
Spinach, Chicken Rolls
Ingredients: 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 teaspoon of butter, half teaspoon of rosemary, half teaspoon of pepper powder, half teaspoon of ginger, half teaspoon of garlic paste, half teaspoon of paprika, half teaspoon of lemon juice. spoon, 4 spinach leaves, 1 piece of cheese, 1 egg, half a cup of breadcrumbs, salt to taste, oil to taste.
